BIO

 Joshua Filer is a singer,  songwriter, and guitarist  based in the Phoenix,  Arizona area.  Influenced by artists such as Bob Marley,  Ray Charles,  Jimmy Hendrix,  The Beatles and many jazz and blues musicians,  his original music is a fusion of different styles including reggae,  jazz,  blues,  classic rock,   and a taste of country.
   
Inspired at a very young age to write songs,  Joshua has been playing guitar, singing and writing for various local bands in the Phoenix area since the early 2000's.  He has put out multiple albums in different projects, and a solo album in 2019.  Joshua has written and co written over 100 songs in his career thus far and still continues to write.

Bringing a unique style and energy to the stage while showing strong vocals to match his seasoned guitar playing,  he can be found entertaining crowds in local eatery and drinking establishments with popular and classic music, from Elton John to Lil Nas X, as a solo or duo set.  Joshua also performs in original music bands around town.

In 2024,  Joshua plans to put out an EP album with all new original material in the beginning of the year and a full length album early 2025. You will find him increasing his monthly performances in Phoenix and surrounding area.
